Sudden Cardiac Arrest (SCA) is een levensbedreigende noodsituatie. Wanneer plotselinge cardiale arrestatie (SCA) optreedt, kunt u de overlevingskans van een persoon verdrievoudigen door reanimatie (cardiopulmonale reanimatie) te geven en binnen 3-5 minuten een AED (Automated External Defibrillator) te gebruiken.Een belangrijke stap vooruit bij het leveren van BLS (Basic Life Support) is de beschikbaarheid van de geautomatiseerde externe defibrillator of AED. Dit verbetert de overlevingsresultaten bij SCA (Sudden Cardiac Arrest). Leaed®Serie beschikt over bifasische afgeknotte exponentiële (BTE) technologie met energie tot 360 Joules. De BTE-golfvorm compenseert automatisch de impedantiekarakteristieken van elk individu en gaat niet achteruit bij een hogere impedantie. Het bespaarde tijd en verhoogde het slagingspercentage van het geven van de eerste schok aan patiënten.

AED (Automated External Defibrillator) automatically diagnoses the cardiac arrhythmia of ventricular fibrillation and pulseless ventricular tachycardia within 5 seconds. It will recognize the pacemaker as a non-shockable rhythm.
Synchronous charging in rhythm analysis, once it is diagnosed with one of the shockable rhythms, AED will deliver a shock immediately.
Start CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) in any unresponsive person with absent or abnormal breathing. LeAED® Machine provides the CPR indication for rescuers in different modes.
